Course Overview
How to come to a Business Case (on quality) & focus on right investment before spending too much money?
This course contains an p41 own developed approach to identify quality issues in manufacturing (or administration) and calculate the business case this generates. The link is made with parameter modeling that helps understand how to link errors or expectations from outside to inside regulation parameters (or buttons at the machine).
Once this model has been made a clear link can be made towards Industry 4.0.
We can assist in building the model, defining the industry 4.0 solutions and implement & get subsidies for it.
