On the basis of a global exercise, the students are given the opportunity to perform a concrete 5S. The 3 phases of 5S are discussed: both the active, effective and preventive 5S are discussed and are practiced by the student. The course also gives some examples and ideas about visual management. In addition, due attention is paid to the implementation problems that can occur with a 5S project. The trainer strives for interaction and active application of the techniques.

It is also focused on how to see financial results in your company!

We also discuss how to use Industry 4.0 technological solutions to improve 5S behaviour.
