In this course you learn to look through the Buzz words of Industry 4.0 as a responsible person in a company. You get, learn and see how to:
- get a realistic view and of the challenges that this 4th industrial revolution represents for your company.
- discover the opportunities for your company and how to respond concretely to the problems you will face.
- step out of your comfort zone more easily and see through the old patterns that are still thwarting your transformation today.
- can get management and employees involved in the change process.
In the afternoon, come up with ideas and an approach that you can apply in your work context. We brainstorm about the impact on your company. Reformulate the challenges and problems in your company in order to make the right choices. Cases are discussed as an example of a successful transition. Initiation to make an initial GAP analysis (checklists) and a plan of action. Gaining insight into setting up an innovation culture. Concrete and practical tips that you can immediately apply in your work environment.
