On the basis of a global exercise, the students are given the opportunity to perform a concrete SMED. The 3 directions of SMED are discussed: data, parallel technology and culture. The course also gives some examples and ideas about visual management. In addition, due attention is paid to the implementation problems that can occur with a SMED project. The trainer strives for interaction and active application of the techniques.

It is also focused on how to see financial results in your company!

We also discuss how to use Industry 4.0 technological solutions to improve 5S behaviour.
